This poster and checklist includes visuals to support children/students to learn how to develop independent toileting skills, specifically how to wipe their bottom. This resource can be laminated and placed in the toilet to support the individual to learn the step by step instructions independently.

This is a great document to support children with learning difficulties, intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

This resource includes both a toileting poster as well as a practical checklist which can be laminated and used to tick off the process to support implementation.

There are a total of 8 steps which are visually supported by colorful and engaging visuals. The steps include:
