PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT! Exactly what I needed! This makes developing a Behaviour Support Plans easy! I have used this resource with students to develop their own BSP, as a round table discussion and formulation with the students other teachers to develop a collaborative plan and also provided as handouts for feedback from other teachers to obtain information and develop a Behaviour Support Plan. I love that it has a plan example and blank template which just makes things so easy to follow!
