Meet Angie: Founder of All Therapy Resources
Angie is the heart behind All Therapy Resources. With more than a decade of experience working across schools, hospitals, disability services, government departments, and private practice, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with some of the most complex needs. From children navigating trauma, to young people at risk, to adults facing behavioural or emotional challenges, Angie’s work has always been grounded in compassion, creativity, and therapeutic excellence.
Her professional journey is backed by extensive academic study and advanced training in areas such as psychology, counselling, mental health, trauma-informed practice, and neuropsychology. She has further enriched her expertise through specialised international study in trauma-informed play therapy, expanding her ability to integrate creative, evidence-based approaches into her work. This breadth of learning, combined with her practical experience, allows her to design resources that are not only research-driven but also deeply responsive to real-world challenges.

Experience with Complex Needs
Angie’s background spans work with highly complex individuals—children in schools, young people at risk, adults overcoming trauma, and those presenting with extreme behaviours such as aggression, criminal activity, or sexualised behaviours. From school counseling settings to hospitals, disability services, and integrated community programs, she has consistently brought creativity and care to some of the most challenging contexts.
A Transdisciplinary Vision
Over time, Angie recognised something crucial: supporting people with complex needs requires looking through more than one lens. Individuals with dual disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or severe behavioural challenges deserve care that is comprehensive and layered.
At All Therapy Resources, we embrace a transdisciplinary approach, drawing on the expertise of speech therapy, occupational therapy, behaviour support, education, and counseling. By combining these perspectives, we help professionals see the whole person—not just a single diagnosis or behaviour—and put in place supports that reflect their unique worldview.
This multi-lens framework ensures that every resource is shaped by diverse disciplines, making them practical, flexible, and deeply responsive to real-world needs.
