The Middle School Survival Files digital game includes 5 engaging categories, each with 5 questions and increasing point values (100–500). Questions are designed to strengthen middle school readiness, self-confidence, problem-solving, resilience, organization skills, social-emotional learning (SEL), and decision-making skills.

THE FIVE CATEGORIES INCLUDE:

1.FINDING YOUR WAY – Students explore how to navigate a new school environment, understand routines, find help, and feel more confident in unfamiliar spaces.

2.DECODING FRIENDSHIPS – Students learn about friendship changes, peer relationships, belonging, communication, kindness, and handling social challenges.

3.CRACKING THE SCHOOL CODE – Students uncover what to expect in middle school, including schedules, teachers, classes, lockers, responsibilities, and school expectations.

4.MANAGING STRESS – Students explore common middle school worries and learn coping strategies, emotional regulation tools, help-seeking skills, and ways to manage big feelings.

5.UNLOCKING SUCCESS – Students investigate habits, organization skills, goal setting, responsibility, growth mindset, and practical strategies that support school success.
