Do your girls have questions about growing up that they’re too embarrassed to ask? Our Puberty Files Girls’ Edition digital game turns puberty education into a fun, low-pressure team game, so girls can learn about body changes, periods, hygiene and self-care in a way that feels comfortable and age-appropriate.

Our game is made for upper elementary and middle school girls. It works well in small group counseling, girls’ groups, health lessons, wellbeing programs and puberty education sessions, and it’s a gentle conversation starter for school counselors, nurses and health teachers.

HOW IT WORKS

Students play in teams on an interactive game board. They pick a question tile, talk it through with their team, answer out loud, then click to check the answer. Correct answers earn points, and the team with the most points at the end wins.
