Next Steps Board Game – Puberty & Beyond, Relationships – SPANISH VERSION

This creative and printable board game has been developed to provide a foundation which explores puberty, relationship, sexuality & protective behaviours.

“Next Steps” has been developed for an equal opportunity for role modelling, education and learning from other responses. This game supports self-expression, enhancement of self esteem and confidence and brainstorming alternative behavioural and interactional choices and actions. The questions provided encourage participants to reflect of their choices and actions around their behaviours and explore and process their feelings and emotions.

This game encourages reflection and psycho-education around

PUBERTY, RELATIONSHIPS, SEXUALITY AND PROTECTIVE BEHAVIOURS

There are over 115 reflective question cards with 23 cards in each of the five various color-coded areas. These include:

– “Next Steps” – explores the changing body through puberty and sexuality

– Friendships – reflecting on impulse control and its impact

– Better Choices – exploring behaviours and their consequences, emotional regulation, coping strategies and strategies

– Fill Your Cup – reflecting and exploring empowerment and self-care rituals and strategies

– Safety First – explores protective behaviours

This game is a perfect supplement for our set of 6 “Relationship & Sexuality” Lesson Plans. (These include: 1. Personal Body Safety 2. Puberty 3. Special Relationships and Dating 4. Sex & Consent 5. Safe Sex Practices and 6. Safety in the Community)
